Tantrum Sound Studio, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a fully equipped hub of knowledge and audio expertise, tailored to meet the demands of today's dynamic market. Our primary mission is to deliver meticulously crafted music and sound design for contemporary media platforms, including streaming services, podcasts, YouTube, mobile apps/games, and traditional outlets like TV, cinema, and radio. We firmly believe that bespoke music, created by human hands, has the power to elevate an idea in ways that stock music from online libraries simply cannot replicate. In addition to our music production capabilities, we boast extensive experience in voiceovers (VO), ADR, and dubbing recording, along with top-notch post-processing skills. We are well-connected within the industry, and we have access to a wide pool of talented local voiceover artists for Argentinian and Latin American Spanish recordings.

BIOThe studio was established in 2014 by its director and owner, Javier Castagnino.With a career spanning over nine years, I've worked both as a freelance and in-house musician and sound designer, specializing in audio post-production and original music composition. I've had the privilege of working with numerous renowned brands, including GSK, Clorox, P&G, Coca-Cola, Veet, Toyota, 7UP, Heineken, and Hyundai in Argentina. Moreover, I've collaborated with major broadcasters such as Turner, FOX, NBC, and MTV.My musical journey began at a young age, with a deep-rooted passion for playing instruments like the guitar, bass, and cello, as well as singing, composing, and performing with local bands. After formal studies in Audio Production, mixing, and post-production at Escuela Tecson, as well as private lessons with experienced musicians and audio professionals, and coursework at "Conservatorio Juan José Castro" and "Tecnicatura de Música Popular" music schools, I realized that my true calling was to create original music, blending my two greatest passions: cinema and music.You can explore “Maldormido”, my solo project here.
